The postholder will support the Head of Finance with the Adults Change Programme, covering cost-benefit sense checks, financial KPIs, financial reporting and management of the budget. The Finance Manager will identify improvements for the programme and present the outcomes for these improvements alongside quantifying the costs of the programme throughout. The Finance Manager will provide a full range of potential financial outcomes to advise the senior members of the impact of the programme. Candidate Criteria Qualified CCAB/CIMA Accountant with extensive PQEExperience of working on a change/transformation programme in a financial capacityExperience of Adult Social Care Finance within a Local Government/Authority settingExperience of monitoring financial impacts of projects and reporting on outcomes to senior membersGreat communication skills with the ability to work well on own initiative as well as part of a team If you are interested in the role, or know of anyone who may be, please contact Greg at Service Care Solutions on 01772 XXXXXX or email XXXX@servicecare.org.ukService Care Solutions also offers a £250 referral bonus So, if you know of anyone who would be perfect for this position and they are placed into work, you will receive £250 for the referral once their probationary period has been completed.
