This will include birth injuries, gynaecological negligence, brain and spinal injuries, cancer claims, fatal cases/inquests, eye injury claims and vascular and cardiac claims. THE CANDIDATE:The newly qualified solicitor would ideally have worked within claimant clinical negligence and have handled a range of clinical negligence matters. You will be adept and confident in advising healthcare professionals of all levels with regards to ongoing claims, working both independently and as part of a team.
