The role is to support a child in Year 1 with complex social and emotional needs and challenging behaviour. You will be required to support the child in regulating their emotions and behaviour. As an SEN Teaching Assistant you will have a range of strategies to use to help support the child. The school offers a creative and dynamic culture where all staff members strive to offer an excellent education that is innovative, ambitious and inclusive to all pupils.
