Probate Solicitor: Locum, 2+ PQE, GBP 40 : GBP 45 per hour, Somerset, hybrid, on:going. An opportunity to join a well:established law firm as a locum probate solicitor providing excellent services in Somerset. JOB REF: 5785 OVERVIEW:- Provide comprehensive legal guidance and assistance to clients in matters related to probate, estate administration, and inheritance. - Manage a varied caseload efficiently, overseeing the probate process from start to finish, including gathering assets, paying debts, and distributing inheritances.- Prepare and review legal documents such as wills, trusts, probate applications, and estate tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.- Have the ability to pick up the existing caseload and hit the ground running, ensuring the smooth progression of files.- A suitable candidate should be able to work on:site 2 days per week.
