Job Title: Workshop Foreman : Plant Salary: GBP 37,000 : GBP 45,000 per annum Location:Walsall Hours: Monday : Friday, Day Shift Are you an experienced heavy plant professional looking for a new challenge? We are currently seeking a dedicatedWorkshop Foreman / Workshop Supervisor to join our team and take on a key leadership role in our depot. This position offers an amazing opportunity for development and growth within the company. Workshop Foreman Responsibilities:: Spend 70 of your time on the tools, providing hands:on support and guidance to engineers in the maintenance and repair of heavy plant machinery.: Routine maintenance of range of plant machinery: Supporting a team of engineers: Support the depot manager by handling administrative duties, including scheduling, inventory management, and reporting.: Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and efficiency in the depot. Workshop Foreman Qualifications::A full UK Driving licence: Proven experience in heavy plant maintenance and repair.: Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and support junior engineers.: Excellent organizational and communication skills.: Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the plant industry.: Ability to balance hands:on work with administrative responsibilities.
