Online Channel Performance Analyst

Online Channel Performance Analyst London (Hybrid Working)Fixed Term Contract : 12 MonthsFull Time Grade 3 As a Channel Performance Analyst (Online) you will be responsible for supporting the Online Trading function in Online performance trends for a specific vertical, providing performance analysis and insights to identify risks and opportunities, by product category. You will work collaboratively with functions within eCommerce (Trading, Analytics) and the wider Commercial and Finance function, in monitoring current performance, building forecasts, providing data insight and recommendations on commercial trials. Key Responsibilities: :Work with the Online, Commercial and Finance functions to define reporting requirements and cadence:Provide accurate and detailed analysis of Online performance to evaluate options and solutions through identifying and tracking trends, risks and opportunities:Support to maximise financial performance and growth across opportunities identified by providing analysis and commentary of financial performance by category, against targets and previous years:Analyse performance across sales channels, identifying performance gaps and opportunities:Provide analysis and recommendations on the success of commercial trials:Support KPI and budget planning processes along with activity recommendations to feed into Online strategic requirements:Working closely with the Business Intelligence function to assess current reporting against business needs, and drive future improvements:Support producing action plans of activity through defining, reviewing, and testing business reporting and requirement:Establish sustainable reporting material and processes along with required content and timetables of activity:Ensure accurate information is provided and available across all levels of data utilized : highlighting challenges and supporting the relevant stakeholders in resolving them:Live and model our core values Required Skills and Experience: :Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role:Strong analytical skills with the ability to utilise and interpret commercial data to inform and underpin insights:Proven experience in using data analysis and visualisation tools, including but not limited to, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint:Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal:Demonstrates resilience and is adaptable to change to meet all challenges in a fast:paced business:Self:motivated We're one team and we celebrate all of the great things you do.
