Finance ManagerSalary: GBP 65,000 to GBP 75,000Location: RedditchRota: Monday : Friday : DAYS My client, a leading plant company, is seeking a skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join their team. The main responsibilities of the Finance Manager will include; : Lead and develop the Accounting Team to effectively deliver internal reporting, group reporting, and strong financial controls. : Drive continuous improvement initiatives to recommend and implement changes that enhance the company's financial performance and controls. : Manage the performance of the Accounting team to achieve departmental objectives. : Prepare monthly internal and Group reports, including commentary and variance analysis. : Maintain and enhance the financial control framework, ensuring robust control over finances. : Serve as the point of contact for internal and external auditors. : Oversee Accounts Payable and Banking functions, including foreign exchange purchasing and exposure. : Develop and improve the reporting of financial and operational performance, focusing on cost control. : Prepare VAT returns and Intrastat reports. : Coach and develop the Accounting team.
