Registered Care Manager Permanent Immediate Start Multi Home : North and East London Salary GBP 30,000 to GBP 45,000 40 hours per week I am currently recruiting for a Registered Manager for a multi:site home based in East and North London. The position is permanent and would be an immediate start with interviews taking place this week and early next week. The ideal candidate would have the below experience: A minimum 3 years previously registered with CQC in the role of Registered Care Manager, holding a minimum Good CQC ratingFull knowledge of Health and Safety regulationsExperience of working with people with a learning disability and/or complex needs in a Residential /Supportive Living settingMinimum three years working in a Management supervisory capacity, managing a small size staffing teamA relevant Health or Social Care Managerial Qualification with good literacy, numeracy, report writing, administrative and organisational skills Skills, Knowledge, Aptitude: Dynamic and self: motivated, with the ability to work without direct supervision with using pro:active problem:solving approach.Achieve CQC minimum "Good" ratingBe knowledgeable on Health and Safety, local authority recruitment legislation and regulations, policy and procedures to a high levelEnsure all residents have a dynamic support plan which involves the person and their safety.Good understanding of Social care and Accommodation servicesProven leadership skillsRecruit, lead and motivate the staff team to reach the highest standards of practiceAbility to relate and support with learning disabilities, autism and complex needsProven budget and/or financial management, including filling voidsAbility to self:audit the services, in line with legislation and policiesAble to liaise and establish quality working relationships with the families and professionalsComputer literateExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to respond positively to pressureSatisfactory Health/Attendance recordCalm, confident manner, flexible and approachable If you feel that you have the desired skill set, please submit your CV and a cover letter detailing your relevant experience.
