THE 3rd LINE IT SUPPORT ENGINEER JOB: This job is for a very capable engineer seeking a lot of responsibility and seniority: : Project management of new clients with pre:project planning and work:briefings : Integrating and solving problems in Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Server, Exchange, SQL, IIS, VPNs, firewalls, backups and more. KEY SKILLS and EXPERIENCE: : Extensive significant IT support experience : A good communicator, particularly when dealing with non:technical customers : Proficient in Microsoft 365 administration and deployment : Good knowledge of Microsoft Azure : Strong knowledge of server operating systems : Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac troubleshooting and configuration : Ideally, knowledge of networking and firewalls : Must be London based. : We highly value previous experience in an MSP (Managed Service Provider) environment.
