The European Treasury SFA role is integral in supporting the treasury team with the medium and long:term Cash Flow management for TJX Europe ensuring flexible cash management in line with TJX Europe strategic objectives. Reporting to the Manager of European Treasury, the role requires an experienced professional with planning and consolidation background, strong analytical skills, critical thinking informal influencing and financial modelling skills who can quickly grasps the unique TJX Europe business model. We are a lean team in a dynamic business thus it is essential to onboard an individual who is collaborative, supportive, engaging, positive, hands on and with great sense of teamwork. Key Responsibilities :Consolidate, execute, analyse and present the long:term cash flow Forecast and Budget, by country for the European region. This entails the collection, analysis and interpretation of data into information whilst ensuring that the forecasts reflect the long:term strategic direction of the business : Liaise with peers in the Treasury team to ensure all different Cash Flows are aligned: short:term, 10 days and 6 weeks as well as with BP and A for the long:term Cash flow Forecast: Liaise with the wider Finance team in order to understand business trends and make sure this is reflected in the Cash Flows projections with a strategic mindset while building relationships with other teams: Responsible for variance analysis: Actuals, Forecast and Budget and Risks and Opportunities : Monthly presentations to the senior TJX Treasury team: Rolling Plan and Budget (second half of the fiscal year) and quarterly presentations with Tax and Treasury: Responsible for month end reports : High frequency of Ad Hoc analysis and reports: Manage and maintain the Cash Flow models, drive efficiency, simplification, and standardization with financial modelling across the Treasury team : Challenge the status quo and constantly work to improve/streamline existing processes, also when this requires a cross functional process review (big picture process): Maintain a keen interest in the Treasury environment, proactively assist the Manager Of European Treasury to drive efficiency and keep abreast of best practices: Participate in ad hoc Treasury cross functional projects: Backup the other Senior Treasury Operations Analyst and support the Treasury Manager in the team with the short:term Cash Flow Forecasting and other reports Key Skills, Knowledge and Experience :Experience in analytical roles in Treasury or FP and A / BP and A with Cash Flow Forecasting:Experience working with consolidation systems such as Hyperion, TM1, w orking in multi:legal entities and multi:currency environments :Highly analytical and comfortable working in ambiguity, with high level of initiative and drive, detail oriented and strong critical thinking:Strong excel and financial modelling skills : Ability to flex and to operate in a dynamic environment while embracing TJX Competency leadership and Cultural Factors in the ways of working:Ability to gain a quick understanding of how the business works and the off:price model :Excellent communication and relationship skills : ability to communicate across functions and senior levels coupled with the
