Regional, well-established law firm looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancing Legal Assistant into their Leamington Spa offices.Regional, well-established law firm looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancing Legal Assistant into their Leamington Spa offices.Our client is a progressive, forward-thinking practice and that offers a supportive working environment and excellent career progression opportunities.You will be supporting Fee Earners with their caseload of residential property matters from start to finish such as: Sales & purchaseRe-mortgage casesTransfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes and lease extensions.Liaising directly with clients, estate agents and lenders.
