As a company, we value teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.Job Overview:We are currently seeking a Production Line Operative to join our team on a full-time basis. The Production Line Operative will be responsible for operating and maintaining production equipment, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the production line, and meeting production targets.Key Responsibilities:- Operate production equipment according to standard operating procedures- Monitor production line for any issues or malfunctions and report them to the supervisor- Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards- Maintain a clean and organized work area- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines- Assist with machine set-up and changeovers- Meet daily production targets and deadlines- Troubleshoot and resolve basic equipment issues- Complete production reports and documentation accurately and in a timely manner- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and productivityQualifications:- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred- Ability to operate and troubleshoot production equipment- Strong attention to detail and quality control- Good communication and teamwork skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets- Opportunities for career growth and development within the company Fixed Day shift 7:30 am till 4pm Mon to ThursdayFriday early finish! 7:30am till 1pmStarting wage £11.44 per hourPay structures set up for pay increase to £12.44 per hour after continued service.*Good place to work, clean and tidy environment , no hats or hairnets required!!!!*No heavy lifting.*This is a permanent job for the right people.*Free Parking Matrix Personnel Group Ltd acts as an employment business for the supply of temporary workers and as an employment agency for permanent recruitment.
