You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers This care home is registered with the CQC to treat complex needs, which only qualified nurses are allowed to provide.An exciting new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Senior Night Nurse to work in an exceptional care home based in the Lowestoft, Suffolk area. You will be working for one of UK’s leading health care providers This care home is registered with the CQC to treat complex needs, which only qualified nurses are allowed to provide. The home provides exceptional residential, nursing and dementia care in the heart of the areas residential community To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin As the Senior Nurse your key duties include: Accurately assess the needs of residents and identify priorities of careAdminister all medication and treatments within the NMC guidelines and company medication policyEnsure that residents care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives and other health care professionalsReport any ill-health amongst residents and make request for GP/professional visit where necessary The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role: Proven experience of working in a care settingAbility to show empathy, understanding and experience of the needs of the client group1+ Year NMC registrationWell-developed time management and leadership skills The successful Senior Nurse will receive an excellent salary up to £23.00 per hour and the annual salary up to £43,056 per annum. This exciting position is a permanent full time role working 36 hours a week on nights.
