As a dynamic and forward-thinking firm, they prioritise professional growth and offers excellent opportunities for career progression.Within this Private Client Solicitor role, you will be working on a caseload of wills, trusts, probates, estate tax and Court of Protection. Other responsibilities may include: Assisting in the preparation of wills, trusts, and other legal documentsConducting legal research and drafting documentsLiaising with clients, attending meetings, and managing client relationships with professionalism and integrityAssisting with the administration of estates, including probate applications and estate distributionStaying up to date with relevant legislation and legal developments in the Private Client fieldCollaborating with colleagues to contribute to the continuous improvement of department processes and service deliveryTaking an active role in business development activities, such as networking to enhance the firm's reputation and attract new clients. The successful candidate will work alongside experienced Solicitors and gain valuable hands-on experience in a supportive and collaborative environment.
