About the position * Step into a freshly renovated and modern restaurant space, ripe with opportunity.* Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure the delivery of vibrant, freshly prepared dishes.* Inspire and motivate your team, aligning their efforts with your vision for success.* Connect with guests, fostering a welcoming atmosphere and encouraging communal dining experiences.* Confident with stock control, KPIs, cover count and more. The successful candidate * Possesses strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with the Head Chef.* Capable of training and developing a newly formed team with ease.* Actively engages with guests to proficiently manage deliveries and walk:ins.* Demonstrates confidence in handling stock control, KPIs, cover counts, and other responsibilities.
