What team will I be joining? Youll be joining our Trading and Asset Optimisation Team where youll collaborate with seasoned traders and energy market analysts, sharing expertise in order to optimise the teams trading strategy. What will I spend my day on at Noriker? Work as part of a 24/7 Trading team, developing and executing trading strategies to maximise P&L across both speculative and battery storage asset positionsFull responsibility of the Trading desk, including the direct control of multiple battery storage assetsConduct real-time analysis of the UK power market and National Grid balancing actionsCollaborate with market analysts to deliver improvements to our in-house forecastingContribute to the continuous development of trading dashboards and toolsSupport in the production of market intelligence reporting What skills will I need to succeed in the role? Bachelor's degree in STEM, Economics, Data Science or a similar fieldPassion for the energy industry, trading or asset optimisationMotivated to become an expert in the power market including electricity pricing, hedging, and risk management strategiesExcellent data and statistical analysis toolsFlexibility with your working hours Whats in it for you?
