We are recruiting for two experienced Chef de Parties to join an established team at a charming Cotswolds hotel renowned for its Good, simple locally sourced food done well. About the Role: You will be responsible for overseeing a section of the kitchen, leading and motivating your team to deliver exceptional food. You'll develop and execute daily specials, ensuring the highest standards of quality and presentation. Maintaining a clean, hygienic, and safe working environment is essential. You'll have a strong understanding of food costing and portion control. We are looking for someone who: Has a minimum of Two years experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role. Possesses excellent Chef skills and a passion for food. Demonstrates strong leadership qualities and the ability to run there section. Can work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Has a keen eye for detail and a commitment to high standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
