An Associate Architect with project and team lead experience is needed to join a friendly and collaborative architectural firm known for its innovative and pragmatic approach to design. From master planning to commercial and industrial projects, they push boundaries and deliver results. They are now seeking an Associate who has a solid portfolio that demonstrates broad technical experience, creativity and innovative thinking.As an Associate you will take on responsibility for project delivery, providing expert guidance and oversight to ensure projects progress smoothly at all stages. You'll have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, ensuring they're managed to the highest professional standards. Additionally, you'll play a key role in business development, collaborating with the Directors to generate new opportunities, develop fee proposals, and nurture client relationships. As part of the Senior Team, you'll contribute to the management and development of the practice, taking the lead on strategic professional matters such as CDM and BIM. To qualify... You could be an Associate / Senior Architect / Architect or similar with a CV and portfolio that demonstrates: Experience in the delivery of projects in different sectors and of varying size from inception to completion (a minimum of 7 years of post-qualification experience). You are a versatile and committed individual with initiative, seeking a new challenge. Proven ability to manage projects and teams effectively and collaboratively. You are proficient in AutoCAD and able to take the lead in REVIT; experience in BIM coordination preferred. You are ARB Registered with knowledge of contract management. An interest in the business side of architecture. Permanent right to live and work in the UK (no visa sponsorship provided).
