Joining the team, you will be running a full caseload of child abuse claims. You will be working on and landmark cases with a strong focus on foster care abuse claims. Other work includes CICA, claims against local authorities, and abuse in sports. The ideal candidate will be a qualified Chartered Legal Executive, experienced in CICA claims, with a background in either personal injury claims and/or civil litigation. You will be committed to your clients, with a compassionate approach.
