The Working Hours will be: Monday – Friday 37 hours per weekThe Pay Rate will be: £16 Per HourResponsibilities include: You will be responsible for general maintenance and improvements to domestic and untenanted properties.Working with bathroom, kitchen and other required areas to deliver high quality maintenance work exceeding minimum industry standard quality.Delivering the highest quality Joinery, Carpentry and Maintenance workPre-inspect and diagnose selected repair requirements Candidate Requirements: Attainment of an NVQ Level 2 qualification in Joinery/Carpentry or Equivalent.2 Plus years in similar roles Full UK Driving license If you're interested please apply now or you can email your CV too: XXXX@servicecare.org.uk
