You will be working for one of UK’s leading health care providers This care home provides a range of respite care and long-term residential dementia care, nursing care, nursing dementia care and end of life care To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin As a Care Manager your key responsibilities include: Provide leadership on all issues relating to clinical excellenceCoordinating and coaching staff to ensure that effective nursing and care services are provided, quality standards are continually improved, and clinical outcomes are recorded and measuredEnsure that your team is well supported and happy in their jobs, as this will help them to provide the best care for our residentsPassionate about providing high quality care, ensuring the lives of residents are continually enrichedShare cover for on call management rota at weekends and evenings together with the Home Manager The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role: Experienced within a nursing/care home setting for older peopleExtensive clinical knowledgeSound knowledge of CQC Regulations and legislationExcellent organisations and planning skillsAble to show a can-do attitude always The successful Care Manager will receive an excellent salary up to £58,300 per annum. This exciting position is a permanent full time role working 45 hours a week.
