Therapeutic Recovery Worker Job Type : Full Time, Permanent Location: Yarnton OX5 1PB Salary: A GBP 26,250 per annum The Role The compeny are now looking for an experienced Therapeutic Recovery Worker to join their brand new Trauma Responsive Womens Therapeutic Community Residence on a full:time, permanent basis. This role will be working in a womens:only residential service specialising in providing safe therapeutic environments for those who have experienced multiple disadvantage and those who have experienced past trauma. Therefore there is an Operational Requirement for this role to be fulfilled by a female (determined compliant under ACAS guidelines for recruiting applicants with a protected characteristic to do a certain job). *Because of the nature of this post it is only open to female applicants and is exempt under Schedule 9 Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010. Key Responsibilities * Effectively manage a small caseload of less than five women, conducting assessments and developing personalised care plans that cater to their unique needs* Embrace our community as method model to work not only with users of our services but their families and wider surrounding networks to ensure that everyone is equipped with the tools, knowledge and approaches, all essential to a long:term recovery* Deliver therapeutic groups, activities, and specialised interventions as per the Therapeutic Community manual and service needs* Champion an environment and a culture that, as well as being safe and compliant, truly fosters compassion and development* Manage and co:ordinate the care process for service users, from admission to discharge planning Skills and Qualifications * Experience of working with individuals with complex and unique needs* Prior involvement in collaborating with families and individuals in the realm of substance use or relevant domains* Aptitude for creative thinking and adaptability to accommodate the evolving requirements of the service* Demonstrated ability to collaborate seamlessly with multiple agencies, while upholding the services esteemed standing* Good working knowledge of adult protection and safeguarding, as the role entails working with vulnerable women in a residential environment Benefits * Salary of A GBP 25,000, with the opportunity of annual increases up to A GBP 29,500* 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays (with yearly increases of up to 30 days)* Newly refurbished location with designated employee areas* Pension scheme* Life Assurance* Free on:site parking* Enhanced sick pay* Wellbeing talks and activities* Access to a 24/7 Employee Assistance Programme* Career development avenues If you feel you are a suitable candidate and would like to work for this reputable company, please proceed through the following link to be redirected to their website where you can complete your application. careers.phoenixfutures.uk/vacancy/therapeutic:recovery:worker::556732.html
