Your Responsibilities: Provide first-line support to users, addressing queries and issues via phone, email, and chat. Troubleshoot software and hardware problems, guiding users through step-by-step solutions. Document all user interactions and technical solutions in our CRM system. Assist in maintaining our knowledge base by updating and creating help articles. Collaborate with the 2nd and 3rd line support teams to resolve complex issues.
