As the Senior Management Accountant, you will have solid demonstrable expertise to ensure that month end management accounts are accurate and produced to the International HQ on deadline. What's on offer to you Genuine career progression within an International Company25 days holiday plus Gib daysExtensive benefits packageStudy support if required for later stages of ACCA or CIMA or similar What You Will Be Doing Preparing timely, accurate and reliable monthly management accounts to deadlines set by Group FinanceResponsible for reconciliations and audits of balance sheet control accountsControlling expenditure within the business and ensuring that expenditure is in line with budgetCompiling strategies that will reduce business costsOverseeing financial reporting and procedures and continuously identify opportunities for improvementAssisting Financial Controller with production of month end reports and year end regulatory reportsSupporting multiple markets, UK, Europe and InternationalPresenting reports to senior management to aid with business decision makingSupporting the Financial Controller with any other ad hoc work What You Will Need to Succeed In This Role Sound practical knowledge of accounting principles, at least 5 to 7 years’ experience in a similar roleA dynamic professional with excellent Excel skillsExperience of working in a technology/digital environment is ideal, for example Crypto, online gaming or pre-paid card environment would be usefulACCA or CIMA qualified or close to qualifyingBe fluent in English, spoken and writtenHave an eye for detail, be accurate, proactive and able to work with minimum supervisionHighly developed organizational skills as will be working towards tight deadlinesAbility to work in a cross-cultural team environmentGood communication skills, be able to correspond with all levels across the companyTeam player Keywords: Senior Management Accountant Gibraltar Reporting Month end Advanced Excel
