It is a unique opportunity to join a smaller team with manageable caseloads and the time for real focus on quality of work. About youThe successful candidate will have significant experience of working in a Community setting along with significant Safeguarding experience. You will need to have experience at a Senior level with experience of supervising staff whilst having an up-to-date understanding of relevant legislation to be considered. This is a small team that thrives on creative solution focused work.
