Clinical Lead (Nurse). The Oaks Care Home. Powys Full-time 44 hours. £50 - £55,000 per annum. 3 clinical 12 hour shifts and 1 supernumerary 8 hour shift per week Paid Breaks. Free Meals. Travel Contribution. Join us at The Oaks to develop Nursing management skills in a truly beautiful, luxurious and state-of-the art nursing home. This stunning 73-bed home opened its doors in January 2020 and will offer its residents state-of-the-art facilities unrivalled in the area, to include a coffee shop/bistro, hair & nail salon, separate dining and lounge areas, activities room and landscaped gardens, whilst at the same time providing exceptional standards of care supported by the very latest care planning and nurse-call technology. Role requirements: To take the lead in ensuring outstanding levels of clinical care are provided to residents at all times. Offer supervision, support and training to Nurse and Care Assistant colleagues, whilst at the same time ensuring at all times a safe, caring, stimulating and homely environment for residents and their visitors. Applicants should be dedicated, proactive and trustworthy RGN’s or RMN’s, with proven supervisory experience and either experience of, or a keen interest in, working in a nursing home environment. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential, as are an enthusiastic and flexible approach to work and a keen interest in the professional development of themselves and others.
