Pension database administratorA Salary A GBP 24,000 : A GBP 26,000A Hours : Full Time (37.5 hours per week Monday : Friday)A Flexible working (upon successful completion of the probationary period)A Company Pension, Free Parking, Social Events Our client a technology business within the financial sector who in recent years have gone through fantastic growth provide integrated regulatory solutions for financial advisers, planners, providers, and administrators. Theyre looking to hire an Administrator with experience of working in Financial Services or Pensions. The Role: Youll be a vital part of the team, your primary focus is to support our range of different customer cases and ensure all are administered and dealt with accordingly. Main duties and responsibilities include, (but are not limited to)A Responding to and solving member queries via emailA Responding to and solving advisor and provider queries and telephone, Processing Letters of Authorities within agreed SLAs including policy responses from providersA Manage and maintain the companys database daily to maximise its full potentialA Support and update the Pension Finding featureA Update customer dashboards with Pension informationA Supporting management on ad hoc projects What were looking for in our next employeeA Excellent attention to detailA Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Word and ExcelA Ability to Work Without SupervisionA Excellent Time Management SkillsA Be able to demonstrate the ability to multitaskA Ability to Handle Confidential InformationA Manage post (incoming and outgoing)A Administration ExperienceA Experience in pensions or in a financial service setting (desirable) On offer:A Salary A GBP 24,000 : A GBP 26,000A Hours : Full Time (37.5 hours per week Monday : Friday)A Company PensionA Free ParkingA Flexible working (upon successful completion of the probationary period)A Staff social events Interested?
