Role: Senior Sales Engineer Location: OxfordshireSalary Range: GBP 30,000 : GBP 35,000 (plus OTE) Job Description We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Senior Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team in Oxfordshire. As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts, building strong relationships with clients, and providing technical solutions to meet their needs. Responsibilities: : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and maximize revenue growth. : Identify and generate leads through market research, networking, and participation in industry events. : Engage with prospective clients to understand their technical requirements and propose tailored solutions. : Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations. : Collaborate closely with the engineering team to ensure product feasibility and customer satisfaction. : Negotiate contracts, handle objections, and close sales effectively. : Provide ongoing technical support to clients, building long:lasting relationships. : Stay up:to:date with industry trends, competitors, and technological advancements. : Participate in regular sales meetings and contribute to the overall growth strategy of the company. Requirements: : Proven experience in technical sales within the engineering industry. : Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non:technical audiences. : Excellent negotiation and relationship:building abilities. : Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast:paced environment. : Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools. : Self:motivated with a results:driven mindset. : Degree in Engineering or related field is preferred.
