Within this Residential Development Solicitor role, your main responsibilities may include: Running your own caseload from start to finish on Residential Development matters on behalf of individual landlords, private developers and national housebuilders ranging in scale and complexityContribute strategic growth to the overall firmDevelopment of own networkBusiness Development InitiativesProviding advice to clients on sales, purchases, leasing, mortgages and development The successful candidate will ideally have between 1-6 years PQE within Residential Development law, be an expert in their field and be looking to contribute to the overall reputation of the team.
