This position offers the chance to work with one of our esteemed clients, a leader in their industry, on transformative projects that leverage the power of ServiceNow solutions.Role Responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements, ensuring that ServiceNow solutions align effectively.Translate business needs into technical specifications and contribute to the development of custom ServiceNow solutions.Manage and execute the full lifecycle of ServiceNow implementations, including requirement gathering, system configuration, testing, and deployment.Facilitate training sessions and workshops for users on new ServiceNow features and functionalities.Provide ongoing support and maintenance of ServiceNow applications.Analyse and report on system performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvements.Ideal Candidate Profile:Proven experience as a Business Analyst within ServiceNow environments.Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules and capabilities.Excellent analytical skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.CSA Certification in ServiceNow is highly desirable.Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
