Contract Type: Full-time, permanent Location: Brighton (remote) As an Associate Director Partnership Account Management, you will be responsible for managing, nurturing and growing relationships with our strategic University partners in the UK and Ireland. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our partners have the necessary support and guidance, underpinned by a KPI driven account plan to effectively achieve our mutual ambitions in the short, medium, and longer term. You will serve as the main point of contact for partners, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and driving mutual growth and success.If you are a proactive, results-oriented individual with a passion for building partnerships and driving business outcomes, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity ABOUT THE ROLE Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key University partners. Serve as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries, requests, and escalations. Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with partners to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and align on strategic objectives. Develop and operationalise a key account plan for each of our partners, underpinned by a clearly defined set of relevant KPIs. Nurture the account to ensure contractual obligations are met, risk of churn remains low, and opportunity to renew remains high. Identify ways in which to grow the account via a range of upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Build and maintain partner accounts, including new opportunities for growth on the CRM, ensuring that the system is regularly updated. Maintain one version of the truth in terms of partner expectations relating to student volumes. Collaborate with each partner and our internal teams to implement an effective governance structure to drive the delivery of the key account. Provide ongoing support and guidance to partners, communicating and collaborating effectively with them to achieve defined goals. Provide market insights and thought leadership as part of Study Group’s ‘value-add’. Enable and support the product team with the delivery of an annual portfolio review to ensure all product remains competitive, relevant, and current. Track partner performance metrics and KPIs, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing strategies to maximise growth and profitability. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within partner organisations. Grow the accounts in line with contractual obligations and/or partner expectations. Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams, advocating for partner needs and priorities, and becoming the ‘voice of the partner’ in Study Group. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats within the University partner ecosystem. ABOUT YOU Proven experience in partner management, account management, or sales, preferably in the Education industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels. Assertive decision-maker with ability to hold multiple teams accountable to deliver to a defined set of KPIs. Strategic thinker with a track record of driving results and exceeding targets. Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools for partner management and reporting.
