LITIGATION ASSISTANT : MATERNITY COVER 12:MONTHS CONTRACT, 1+ YEARS EXP, WEST MIDLANDS, GBP 22,000 : GBP 24,000, ON:SITE. A great opportunity for a litigation assistant to join a well:established and friendly law firm specialising in multiple areas of law in West Midlands. JOB REF: 5620 OVERVIEW:- The suitable applicant will be expected to support a Litigation Solicitor to ensure efficiency.- You will be also expected to be familiar with case management systems and use them effectively to prepare correspondences.- You will be making and answering calls as well as attending to clients in person and via telephone.- The candidate is expected to have worked in Litigation department previously from which they would have gained knowledge and experience.- Have previous experience with administering filing systems, including filing, opening, closing, storing and retrieving of client files.- Have the ability to carry out ID checks and undertake searches and similar work on files.- Drafting and chasing bills- Carry out other general administrative duties and responsibilities.
