Customer Service Excellence : Provide exceptional customer service to address inquiries, concerns, and needs promptly and professionally. Be proactive in anticipating client needs and exceeding their expectations. Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase revenue. Progress Reporting : Generate detailed progress reports for each client, highlighting key sales metrics, achievements, and areas for improvement. Present reports to clients to demonstrate value and provide recommendations for optimization. Key Skills and Qualifications: Strong sales skills with a focus on client acquisition and retention. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients. Ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet them.
