This team is known for giving continuous training and support to their social workers.About youThe ideal candidate will have post-qualifying experience in Adult Social Work. Experience within Hospital, Front Door, Reablement, or CHC lends well to this position. A degree in Social Work Degree/DipSW/CQSW.
