They have an exciting new project in the works.This 400 plus unit superstructure is being built in Kensington & Chelsea. Being built on top of an existing & live carpark.This contractor provides a generous travel package. As well as the other benefits of permanent role.The Project: Large scale residential project in central West London.Contribute to the building this large-scale private housing scheme.Immerse yourself in a residential RC Frame environment. About the Role: Join a dynamic team at a prestigious contracting firm.Play a crucial role in a large-scale refurbishment project.Utilize your 5+ years of experience in similar contracting environments.Leverage your strong IT, analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.Demonstrate your ability to thrive under pressure and work independently and collaboratively.Knowledge of PowerProjects or MS Projects. Qualifications: BSc Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification.Chartered Member of RICSMinimum of 5 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor.Experience in RC Frame town centre developments, or related sectors.Strong technical, communication, and teamwork skills essential.
