As a Design Programme Lead, you will be the creative enabler for the programmes, assisting in the delivery of the Design Vision from concept to production with efficiency and clarity. If you were already up and running in this role, here are some of the areas you would have been working in last week: Working in the Vehicle Design Programme Management team in the Creative Chapter, the Design Programme Lead (DPL) will lead the delivery of their programmes, ensuring all activities are in line with the Creative and business priorities, PCDS and delivered on time. They are accountable for ensuring Vehicle Design activities are based on Agile Ways of working, constantly striving to improve the performance of the team. for this Design Programme Lead role, your soft skills, expertise and experience should include: * Experience at planning, monitoring and delivering programmes and projects* Collaboration and communication skills* Proactive and growth mindset* Product development awareness to enable prioritisation of key issues* Change management experience* Knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation* Proven record of implementing process improvements.* Ideally experience of Agile ways of working, JIRA Scrum Master experience.
