In addition to the fee earning the team will actively encourage your involvement in seminars, conferences and sector specific training that they undertake. You will have the opportunity to be a high-quality commercial litigations solicitor but also to build expertise in some specific areas of work that they are particularly well known for.This role gives the opportunity to work with people’s people. The firm pride themselves on their working environment and ensure a common theme across all divisions of the company including care, support and development. With this in mind, they take advantage of flexible working, if you are Newly or relatively recently qualified, we would encourage you to take advantage of the in-person support, but they genuinely support hybrid working which offers lots of flexibility.
