The Technical Sales Administrator will consistently provide high levels of customer service and technical support to a range of customers via various means. Roles and Responsibilities - Placing orders vis Sage - Understand the processes and procedures to minimise input error and ensure good customer service is given at all times- Build sustainable relationships with customers- Ensure calls are answered promptly- Liaise directly with customers on the phone assisting with technical issues- Provide technical advice and solutions regarding product range- Manage customer complaints when they arise- Undertake a range of administrative duties as and when required Candidate Profile - Experience within a Contact Centre/Customer Service environment- Excellent communication skills- Self-motivated with a proactive approach and demonstrates a ‘can do’ attitude- An ability to be able to understand technical drawings and instructions will be of benefit- Good MS Office skills Benefits include 25 days holiday, pension, 4 x salary life assurance, private healthcare salary sacrifice scheme; discounted gym memberships, quarterly and annual staff events and more.
