PROBATE SOLICITOR: LOCUM, GBP 40 : GBP 45 PER HOUR, SOMERSET, HYBRID, ON:GOING. An opportunity to join a well:established law firm as a locum family solicitor providing excellent services in Somerset. JOB REF: 5596 - Provide comprehensive legal guidance and assistance to clients in matters related to probate, estate administration, and inheritance.- Manage a varied caseload efficiently, overseeing the probate process from start to finish, including gathering assets, paying debts, and distributing inheritances.- Prepare and review legal documents such as wills, trusts, probate applications, and estate tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.- Have the ability to pick up the existing caseload and hit the ground running, ensuring the smooth progression of files.- A suitable candidate should be able to work on:site 2 days per week.- contact Tatiana at eNL on 454 or with your CV, or simply call for a confidential discussion. eNL will never share your CV with a third party without your express permission.
