The ideal candidate will bring a fresh and innovative approach to the culinary experience, seamlessly blending Western and Asian cooking techniques and preparations. This is a unique opportunity to showcase your culinary expertise in a stunning tropical setting, delivering a world-class dining experience to our discerning guests.Experience, skills & attributes that we are looking for:Culinary degree or similar from a reputable institution.Proven track record of success as a Head Chef or Chef de Cuisine in luxury resorts or high-end restaurants in International settingsExtensive knowledge of both Western and Asian cooking techniques and marriage of flavours.Demonstrates ability to develop and execute creative, trendsetting menus.Passion for exploring new culinary trends and incorporating them into the resort's offerings.Strong leadership and management abilities to guide and motivate the culinary team.Excellent communicationCommitment to maintaining the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and taste.Attention to detail and a keen sense of aesthetics in culinary creations.Flexibility to adapt to the dynamic needs of a 5-star beachside resort environment.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting.If you are a culinary visionary with a passion for blending Western and Asian culinary traditions, we want to hear from youSalary package: USD5-6k net pm plus full expat benefits – suited to single status or relocation with spouse due to benefits offered.Get in touch: XXXX@corecruitment.com
