The successful candidate will take on a broad, traditional caseload of conveyancing matters to include:- Sales and purchases- Freehold and leasehold- Re-mortgages- Transfers of equityThis would be a high quality, lower volume caseload that is particularly steady as the firm are the solicitors of choice for many local estate agents.
