Job Title: Heavy Plant Trainer / AssessorSalary: GBP 40,000 : GBP 45,000 per annum Shift: Monday : Friday Days About Your New Company:Join a nationally recognized provider of Crane's and Plant equipment, renowned for their commitment to quality customer service and rapid expansion. About Your New Crane Engineering Role:As a Heavy Crane Trainer / Assessor, you will play a crucial role in delivering theoretical and practical training to a diverse range of construction industry personnel. Key responsibilities include: : Conducting theoretical and practical training sessions within a dedicated training facility. : Supervising and instructing on the safe operation of plant and equipment. : Designing engaging lesson plans and courses to enhance participant learning. : Undertaking administrative tasks related to the Training Centre, including booking, processing, and recording training and testing. : Assisting with on:site duties, including provision of training and operation of plant equipment. Experience, Knowledge and Skills Required: : Hold a recognized trainer / assessor qualification. : Experience in delivering both practical and classroom:based training, preferably in crane operation or similar construction plant equipment. : Hold a CPCS Tester card (highly desirable). : Basic knowledge of health and safety legislation. : Possess a full driving license. : Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills. : Ability to work independently and initiative. : Previous experience operating cranes or other construction machinery is beneficial.
