Senior ReceptionistSalary up to £40,000Things to know: Well-regarded Italian restaurant in Mayfair What you will be doing as a Senior Receptionist: Draw up client bookingsSenior ReceptionistSalary up to £40,000Things to know: Well-regarded Italian restaurant in Mayfair What you will be doing as a Senior Receptionist: Draw up client bookings for tables and ensure that tables are set before clients’ arrivalManage the front desk by receiving incoming calls, greeting and attending to customersInform guests about the availability of tables and direct them to the tablesAssist customers with answers to queriesCollaborate with other restaurant staff and the management to ensure that customer complaints are properly attended to in a timely mannerKeep clear records of payments received and make detailed notes of balance paymentsCheck the restaurant’s emails and respond to them accordinglyCommunicate with other staff, such as dinners, informing them of clients’ bookings, needs and complaints. You will be a great if you have: Experience as a Senior ReceptionistExcellent communication skills,Multitasking abilityPossess retentive memory to remember bookingsAbility to pay attention to detailsAbility to maintain orderliness.
