Implementing care plans and packages, completing necessary safeguarding assessments and MCA’s are all key responsibilities. This team works with a wide variety of service users with a multitude of needs. About youThe successful candidate will be a professional well versed in adult safeguarding proceedings. A degree within Social Work Degree/DipSW/CQSW with a minimum of three years experience working in an Adult’s Social Work setting are essential for this position. A valid UK driving licence and vehicle is preferred for this role but not essential.
