Join a friendly team* Uk Applicants Only *```Duties:```- Cut, trim, and prepare meat products according to customer specifications- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the quality and safety of meat products- Operate and maintain butchering equipment and tools- Receive and inspect meat deliveries for quality and freshness- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed- Assist with the preparation of specialty cuts, such as steaks and roasts- Package, weigh, and label meat products for display or storage- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and offering recommendations```Requirements:```- Previous experience as a butcher or in a similar role preferred- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail- Excellent knife skills and knowledge of different cuts of meat- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team membersTo apply, please send a full resume.
