Join our team as a CDM Manager, where youll play a crucial role in driving excellence in health and safety practices across various sectors. Main Responsibilities: : Stay updated on CDM practices, legislation, and standards. : Collaborate with external Principal Designers and clients to plan, manage, and monitor pre:construction phases. : Maintain a log of Principal Designer/CDM(A) appointments and ensure compliance. : Advise the Client on pre:construction information required by the Principal Designer. : Review Principal Designer/CDM(A) liaison with the PC throughout construction phases. : Lead the collation of information for health and safety files. Main Requirements: : Strong communication and diplomacy skills. : Analytical mindset with problem:solving abilities. : Effective planning, prioritization, and organization skills. : NEBOSH Construction certification. : Grad IOSH and Member IIRSM. : Evidence of FM knowledge or consultancy experience. : Confidence to challenge existing procedures. : Experience in large or complex projects, including CDM knowledge.
