For our Client, we are looking for candidates for the position of SAP Integration Lead London, hybrid As the SAP Integration Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of SAP integration projects. Your main objective will be to ensure that these projects align with business goals and meet the expectations of stakeholders. This is a critical role that requires a deep understanding of SAP modules and a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects. Responsibilities: Collaborate with business leaders and IT teams to define the scope, objectives, and deliverables of SAP integration projects. Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, and closely monitor progress against milestones. Act as the primary point of contact for all SAP integration initiatives, working closely with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and SAP consultants. Manage cross-functional project teams, assigning tasks and responsibilities, and providing guidance and support as necessary. Identify and assess potential risks and issues, and develop effective strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Oversee testing phases to validate the functionality and performance of integrated SAP solutions, proactively gathering feedback from end-users and addressing any issues that arise. Provide training and support to end-users to facilitate the smooth adoption of new SAP systems and processes. Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency, scalability, and reliability of SAP integration processes. Qualifications and Experience: To succeed in this role, you should have: A minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP integration, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Extensive experience working in the Food and Beverage industry, bottling industry, or warehouse management, providing you with valuable domain knowledge. Deep expertise in SAP modules such as SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP PI/PO, SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), SAP Data Services, etc. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, allowing you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment. Proven problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail, ensuring the successful resolution of any issues that arise. Preference for SAP certification(s), demonstrating your commitment to professional growth and expertise in the field.
