We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Camden to assist with the appointment of a Customer Services Officer, on a 3 -month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Rate of Pay : £18.41 - £22.98 per hour Responsibilities: Maintain awareness of service changes and developments across the Council To deliver high quality services across a number of core service areas To work seamlessly across a number of customer service access channels, telephony, face to face, processing, correspondence and web To move across services and channels to respond proactively to changes in customer demand To manage complex cases and case-work with high skill level To contribute to service improvements through ideas and participating in projects as required Qualification: Familiar with at least 2/4 service clusters and the customer access processes and systems they employ Understanding of key aspects of integrated service delivery and links between front line and professional service areas Please note: You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
