You will provide HR Business Partnering to our International and Domestic Parcel Operations. Your time will be split between working onsite at our Heathrow Worldwide Distribution Centre, Slough, SL3 8AQ, our Midlands Super Hub NN6 7GZ and North West Super Hub WA5 3UY Hub as and when the business requires. Are you an experience HR Business Partner looking for a fast paced 12 Month Temporary Promotion? Royal Mail are recruiting a HR Business Partner to join our field team supporting our International and Domestic Parcel Operations. Your time will be split between working onsite at our Heathrow Worldwide Distribution Centre, Midlands Super Hub NN6 7GZ and North West Super HubWA5 3UY. You will hold key presence as visibility on the ground supporting operational managers across Royal Mail International Operations (import and export) whilst providing key HR Business Partnering expertise to our brand:new Super Hubs. In this role you support senior leaders in building the capability of the operation to achieve and deliver short term business performance targets and the longer:term strategy. About the roleYou'll work with the Head of HR for Royal Mail International to support on people change and management projects while proactively engaging with trade unions to mitigate risk and diffuse potential conflict particularly around the deployment of change activities as part of transformation. You'll give the Operation Senior Team expert advice and guidance, utilising robust management information and high:quality reporting and planning to inform decision:making and action and provide informed HR consulting to stakeholders to ensure that business and people plan, and priorities are aligned. You'll support Industrial Relations activity undertaking listening sessions and IR reviews as necessary and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure the appropriate governance and deployment of cyclical people processes including performance conversations, talent, and Trust. Advocate and sponsor the use of the full suite of HR service offerings, acting as a customer voice, role model and facilitator to ensure business adherence to, and delivery of the agreed service model while also managing risks, identifying areas of improvement and service deployment. About YouTo be successful in this post you will need to have demonstrable experience in the following: :Demonstrate evidence of excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to quickly establish relationships and influence people at all levels of an organisation.:Have experience of operating in a highly unionised environment.:Show the ability to juggle multiple priorities across a wide span and spectrum of accountabilities.:Will thrive in a complex and demanding environment and can handle conflict situations effectively.:Possess the confidence and ability to effectively challenge senior leaders and peers.:Ability to cope with ambiguity and to champion change.:Have experience of working as a HR professional in a medium to large organisation.:Have experience of working with a shared services HR function.
