The role is full time and permanent based onsite in Brackley with a salary of up to £42,000 plus bonus.Key Accountabilities for the Business Development Manager: Identify prospective target customers over the phone, email and in personThink strategically, setting aims and objectives to develop pipelineResearch new companies and customersPlan and maintain pipeline opportunitiesProduce client contractsManage CRM system ensuring all activity is recorded, updated and maintainedCreate, develop and present propositions, pitches aimed to win new business and maximise opportunitiesWork to KPIs on call rates, conversion rates and account generationRun reports on BDM performance monthlyAttend client meetings face to face or remotelyNegotiating prices with customersFoster and develop accountsInitiate and execute marketing campaigns in line with business objectivesCollaborate with team members on sales initiatives and campaignsAttend conferences, seminars and events promoting services and prospecting for new customers Key Skills Required for Business Development Manager: Experience in lead generation, cold calling, prospectingExperience in account management, fostering and developing relationshipsAbility to make presentations to key clientsStrong administration skills and time managementHigh levels of customer serviceExperience in analysing accounts, managing projectsExcellent negotiation and influencing skillsConfident communicator at all levelsAbility to establish and nurture client relationshipsHigh levels of own initiative, energy and driveStrong interest in self development What’s in it for you Salary of up to £42,000 plus bonusFull time office basedMon – Fri 8.30 am to 5.00 pm with 30 min breakTraining , development and progression opportunities23 days hol plus bank holsJoining an established and growing brand
